- תְּשִׁיעִיm., תְּשִׁיעִית f. (b. h.; תּשַׁע) same. Yoma 81b כל האוכל ושותה … ת׳ ועשירי whoever eats and drinks on the ninth (of Tishri, being cheerful in his faith in Gods forgiveness) is considered as if he fasted on the ninth and the tenth.
